Limited Warranty
All products sold by Leading Edge Dynamics, Inc. are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year from the invoice ship date. Upon inspection, any such defective product(s) will be repaired or replaced at our option, providing a written claim is made within the warranty period. Charges for transportation, material or repair costs incurred, will not be accepted without prior written authorization from our company. Our responsibility for any defective material is limited solely to the repair and replacement of the warranted material, which does not include labor costs for removal and reinstallation, or any consequential damages incurred. We may refuse to honor the warranty for any product(s) altered, improperly installed, or installed in an application for which it was not intended. No person, agent or distributor is authorized to give any other warranty on behalf of our company.
